Part4Truck Return Policy Returns must be filed within 60 days after receiving the product. If you are not satisfied with the purchase please contact or email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on Facebook or Instagram @Part4Truck to start the return process in order to receive a refund. All returns must be pre-authorized. Merchandise may not be returned under any circumstances unless given a “Return Ticket Code”. Part4Truck will warranty products up to 60 days if it was professionally installed. Proof of professional installation must be presented in order to receive the warranty. Part4Truck will not responsible for any installation or un-installation fees. Any unauthorized returns without a “Return Ticket Code” may be recycled without customer recourse and may not be credited for refund. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Wrong shipping address or ordering the wrong item does not qualify for a return claim. Part4Truck reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time without notice.
Defective Merchandise – All or any items that do not perform as expected or exhibits damage not associated with normal use. Defective merchandise does not include merchandise that has been tampered with.
Part4Truck will only warranty products if they are defective and not due to wear and tear. We will take the item back and exchange the defective items for you if the item is still available; otherwise, we will issue a full refund for you if item is no longer available.
Merchandise Damaged During Shipping
Merchandise damaged during shipping or that have any discrepancies must be filed within 30 days after receiving the product. If your order was damaged during shipping
Option # 1 Please fill out a damage claim report with Fedex. It will take 7-10 business days to find out the result of the damage claim. Part4Truck can not be held responsible for damages during shipping. This responsibility falls under the shipper.
Option # 2 Ship the damaged merchandise in the original packaging back to our location to receive a refund for the product without shipping cost.
If Part4Truck is able to cancel your order before it is shipped, there will be no charges for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
